Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. All classes are designed to be accessible and supportive, whether you’re brand new to wellness or looking to deepen your existing practice. You’ll find guidance, modifications, and space to grow at your own pace.
Are there structured programs or challenges?
Yes. ASPARAH offers a growing library of on-demand seasonal challenges, themed programs (like energy reset), and curated class collections to help you stay consistent and inspired. These are perfect if you're looking for structure, accountability, or a fresh focus.
Do you offer support for pre- and postnatal women?
We’re committed to supporting women through all phases of life. While ASPARAH doesn’t currently offer a dedicated pre- or postnatal series, our all-levels yoga classes are gentle and adaptable—with options to modify based on your needs.
Many movements are suitable with small adjustments, and our focus on breath, grounding, and body awareness makes the platform a supportive space during pregnancy and postpartum.

What equipment do I need?
You’ll just need a yoga mat to get started. Occasionally, props like blocks, straps, or bolster may be suggested, but they’re completely optional. Ankle weights and hand weights are optional for Yoga Sculpt classes. Our classes are designed to be effective whether you have equipment or not.
How often should I practise to see results?
We believe in consistency over intensity. Practising yoga 2–4 times per week can help you build strength, boost energy, and create space for mental clarity. Even a short, mindful flow can shift your entire state—on and off the mat.
How do I join the community?
As a member, you’ll gain access to our private Community Hub—built directly into the ASPARAH platform. Inside, you can join focused micro-groups on topics like burnout, working motherhood, entrepreneurship, nutrition, and wellness challenges.
You’ll be able to connect through posts, polls, videos, and real-time discussions—all from your phone or desktop. It’s your space to share, network, and grow with a like-minded community, all included in your membership
